For visitors, we also collect your proposed wedding date (applicable to Bridal Ideas). Sharing your information In special circumstances, for example if we sell our business, all of your information may be transferred as part of that sale. We will not use your information for purposes unrelated to the services we provide without your consent. For visitors, we share a portion of our visitor database to exhibiting companies for their records and marketing purposes. For exhibitors, your contact details will be passed on to third parties to manage your exhibition requirements on a show by show basis.

We will always take all reasonable steps to store your personal information securely.

Employees of Everything Exhibitions and Events Pty Ltd have access to our customer's information. Their access is subject to internal controls and procedures.

Other sites

There are no other companies that have access to your details via our internal database system. Do not give your details to any company posing to be calling on behalf of Everything Exhibitions and Events Pty Ltd. We do all our checking and database updates ourselves.
